This Agreement governs your use of the Courseeds platform, owned and operated by [Courseeds Company, registered in Egypt, Commercial Register No.: ______________], hereinafter referred to as "Courseeds," "we," "us," or "our service." The "Platform" is defined as the website, mobile applications, and related services. "User" or "you" is defined as any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
These Terms of Use constitute the primary legal document governing your use of Courseeds. However, they operate in conjunction with the following supplementary policies, which are incorporated herein by reference:
Privacy Policy: Describes how your personal data is collected, used, shared, and protected, in compliance with Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 (Egypt) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (where applicable).

Billing & Refund Policy: Specifies payment terms, refund processes, and subscription cancellation.

Your use of the Platform constitutes your consent to all policies mentioned above.
Courseeds is a digital education platform designed to connect learners with educational content creators. We provide infrastructure for course delivery and do not guarantee educational outcomes.
Courseeds facilitates course delivery by independent third-party instructors. We are not an accredited educational institution and do not issue recognized academic credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.
Your use of Courseeds must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property, data protection, and anti-fraud laws.
Courses and content on Courseeds are provided by third-party instructors and content providers. Courseeds acts as a hosting platform and does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any course content.
We assume no responsibility for content quality, errors, omissions, or outcomes arising from your use of any course. You should exercise your own due diligence regarding the suitability of educational materials.
Users are expected to use Courseeds for lawful, educational purposes only. You may not attempt to:
Misrepresent your identity
Breach or tamper with the platform
Post harmful, unlawful, discriminatory, or explicit content
Send spam, malware, or unauthorized communications
Copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse platform content or user data
Violate intellectual property or data protection laws
By using Courseeds as a learner, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under parental or guardian supervision
You comply with our pricing and policies before purchasing or enrolling in a course
You will not use the platform for solicitation or unrelated business promotion
You will respect community guidelines and avoid sharing personal or sensitive information with other users or educators
You understand that misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or legal action
To use certain functionalities of Courseeds, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your data as necessary. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Courseeds may offer monthly or annual subscriptions for content access. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew.
Cancellations must occur before the next renewal date to avoid billing. No refunds will be issued for paid fees unless a refundable scenario applies (see Billing & Refund Policy).
After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period unless your use violates these Terms.
All content on Courseeds—including courses, articles, videos, images, text, graphics, and logos—is protected under international and Egyptian intellectual property laws.
Courseeds Ownership: Courseeds owns all rights to the platform's infrastructure, design, and code.
Third-Party Content: Instructors and content creators retain ownership of their course materials. Courseeds hosts this content under licensing agreements.
Authorized Use: You may view and use content for personal educational purposes only. Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without explicit written permission.
Payments are subject to our detailed Billing & Refund Policy. Key points:
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and subject to change without prior notice.
Transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Refunds: You may be eligible for a refund within [7-30 days] of purchase if you have not accessed the content or encountered serious technical errors. Once you have substantially engaged with content, refunds become ineligible.
No Refunds Post-Expiry: Once the refund period has ended or the course is completed, all payments are considered final.
Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7-14 business days].
"Courseeds" and related logos and trademarks are trademarks of Courseeds Company (Egypt). Third-party trademarks may also appear on the Platform and are owned by their respective owners. No trademark may be used without explicit written consent.
Courseeds is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted use. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or always available.
If you submit any content (reviews, comments, feedback, assignments), you grant Courseeds a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operational, marketing, and promotional purposes.
You are solely responsible for your user-generated content. It must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or modify any user content that violates these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courseeds, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees you paid to Courseeds in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Limitations of liability do not apply to fraudulent conduct, gross negligence, or violations of mandatory consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Termination may include loss of access to courses and paid content without refund.
Voluntary Termination: You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. No fees will be refunded upon voluntary account cancellation.
Post-Termination Effects: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease, and you must stop using the Platform and delete any downloaded content (where applicable).
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Courseeds may experience downtime due to server maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Scheduled Maintenance: We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.
Emergency Outages: In the event of unplanned service interruptions, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible, but will not be liable for any damages resulting from downtime.
Courseeds may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
You acknowledge that Courseeds is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Courseeds shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, internet failures, third-party outages, government interventions, or pandemics.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, the parties first agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiations. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of [Egyptian Arbitration Association] in Cairo, Egypt.
Jurisdiction: To the extent arbitration does not apply or is unenforceable, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Courseeds regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability: If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Waiver: Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Continuing Validity: Certain clauses (fees, IP rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) survive after termination.
Electronic Notices: By using Courseeds, you consent to receiving communications electronically. All notices via email or announcements on the Platform are deemed to be in writing.
Notices: Formal notices must be sent via email to [support@courseeds.com] or by courier to [Courseeds Company registered address in Egypt].
By continuing to use Courseeds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
